The curvaceous, foliate design shows perfectly Georg Jensen's love of nature which he transmits into all his work. This little brooch has escaped documentation in the major books on George Jensen's work so possibly is a rare design. It is clearly marked with the Georg Jensen stamp for 1915-30.
